Brief Biography

Dr. Hao Chen joined the PALM Lab in the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Southeast University as an associate professor in 2021. He received the B.E. degree from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2013and the Ph.D. degree from the Robotic Vision Lab in City University of Hong Kong, in 2019. From 2019 to 2020, he worked as a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.  

陈浩,博士,2021年起在东南大学计算机科学与工程学院PALM实验室任职副教授。2013年于山东大学获得本科学位2019年于香港城市大学机器人视觉实验室获得博士学位。2019-2020年任新加坡南洋理工大学博士后研究员。

Research Interests

His research interests include human-inspired computer vision models and machine learning algorithms, such as transfer learning, self-supervised learning, the learning and fusion for multi-modal data (e.g., RGB-D, 3D point cloud, and event data). He also works on computational visual attention modeling, foreground detection, and semantic segmentation.
