Recent Hot Topics in Cyber Security and Privacy Protection

Cyber security and privacy protection are critical elements for persons, businesses and government agencies nowadays. However it is hard to fight against various attacks. In this talk I would like to present our recent research in these topics. Domain fluxing is the major technique that botnet writers are using, therefore, DNS failures offer defenders a reliable tools to identify bots and observe their properties. On the other side, there are challenges in this new battle field. In terms of privacy protection, performance is a big problem for current anonymous systems, we have proposed a predicted packet padding strategy to reduce the delay. I am looking for suggestions and comments in these topics.
